Can I switch plans mid-billing cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or hidden fees apply.
What happens if I exceed my monthly check limit?
We will never cut off your active monitors. If you consistently exceed your tier limit for two consecutive weeks, we’ll notify you and offer a seamless upgrade. Temporary overages are covered free of charge.

How does the 14-day refund policy work?
